§ 2797 License Exam Fraud Prohibition

• •You can't lie or pretend to be someone else when taking a test or applying for a license.
• •You can't let someone else pretend to be you for a test or license.
• •Helping someone else lie or pretend to be you (or someone else) for a test or license is also not allowed.

Your friend wants to get a driver's license but is nervous about the test. They ask you to take the test for them, pretending to be them.

This is against the law. You can't pretend to be your friend to take their driver's license test, and your friend can't ask you to do that either.
