§ 2470 Podiatric Medicine Regulations

The board may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code), regulations necessary to enable the board to carry into effect the provisions of law relating to the practice of podiatric medicine. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 332, Sec. 15. (SB 1236) Effective January 1, 2013.)
