§ 23951 License Application Requirements

The application shall contain the following information: (a) The name of the applicant. (b) For a general partnership, the names of the individual partners. (c) For a limited partnership, limited liability company, or a corporation, the name of the entity. (d) The location of the premises for which the license is applied. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 639, Sec. 8. Effective January 1, 1999.)
