§ 2312 Physician Public Safety Injunctions

The Division of Medical Quality shall seek to obtain an injunction against any physician and surgeon within its jurisdiction if the division has reasonable cause to believe that allowing such person to continue to engage in the practice of medicine would endanger the public health, safety, or welfare. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1313, Sec. 2.)
