§ 19877 License Renewal Failure Consequences

The failure of an owner licensee to file an application for renewal before the date specified in this chapter may be deemed a surrender of the license. A license has not been renewed within the meaning of this section until all required renewal fees have been paid. (Added by renumbering Section 19862.5 by Stats. 2002, Ch. 738, Sec. 62. Effective January 1, 2003.)
