§ 19875 Gambling License Display Requirement

Key Takeaways

  • •If you own a place where gambling happens, you must put up your gambling license where everyone can see it.
  • •The license must stay up all the time until you get a new one.
  • •If you don’t show the license, you could get in trouble.

Example

A casino owner puts their gambling license in a drawer instead of on the wall.

This is breaking the law because the license must be where everyone can see it, like on a wall near the gambling tables.
