§ 19874 License Issuance Requirements

Subject to subdivision (b) of Section 19851, the commission shall issue and deliver to the applicant a license entitling the applicant to engage in the activity for which the license is issued, together with an enumeration of any specific terms and conditions of the license if both of the following conditions have been met: (a) The commission is satisfied that the applicant is eligible and qualified to receive the license. (b) All license fees required by statute and by regulations of the commission have been paid. (Added by renumbering Section 19860A by Stats. 2002, Ch. 738, Sec. 59. Effective January 1, 2003.)
