§ 1963 Dental Board Enforcement Authority

The dental hygiene board may file a complaint for violation of any part of this article with any court of competent jurisdiction and may, by its officers, counsel, and agents, assist in presenting the law or facts at the trial. The district attorney of each county in this state shall prosecute all violations of this article in their respective counties in which the violations occur. (Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 456, Sec. 48. (SB 786) Effective January 1, 2020.)
