§ 19552 Charity Racing Officials Duties

• •Racing officials must work on charity race days just like regular race days.

A horse race track holds a special race day to raise money for charity.

The judges, starters, and other race officials who normally work at the track must also work this charity race. They don’t need a special invitation or new contract—they just show up and do their usual jobs. And they get paid the same as they would for any other race day.
