§ 18800 Athletic Commission Fund Reporting

As of July 1, 2004, all moneys received by the commission under this chapter shall be accounted for and reported by detailed statements furnished by the commission to the Controller at least once a month. At the same time, these moneys, other than those that have been received by the commission pursuant to Section 18882, shall be remitted to the Treasurer and shall be deposited in the Athletic Commission Fund, which is hereby created. (Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 227, Sec. 3. Effective August 16, 2004.)
