§ 1053 Chiropractic Corporation Reporting Requirements

Each chiropractic corporation shall file with the board a report containing such information relating to professional corporations as may be required by board regulations as well as information required by law. The fee for filing such a report shall be fixed by the board. All reports shall be signed and verified by an officer of the corporation. (Added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1110.)
