§ 10071 License Enforcement Authority

• •The commissioner is in charge of making sure the rules in this part and Chapter 1 of Part 2 are followed.
• •The commissioner can give out, take away, or control licenses as needed.
• •The commissioner can do other things needed to make sure these rules are followed.

If someone wants to drive a school bus, they need a special license.

The commissioner decides who gets this license and can take it away if the driver breaks the rules.
